Unless it is an emergency visit, we usually start with a new patient comprehensive examination which includes a full mouth series of x-rays. If you had x-rays taken recently at a different office, we’re happy to review them and will take additional x-rays if needed. After your examination we’ll discuss any treatment that may be required. Please bring your identification and a copy of your insurance card (if applicable) to your first visit. We’ll ask you to fill out some new patient forms which can be done in advance for your convenience. All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
